What size of firms do you work with?
Our typical engagement is with corporate clients (Wellness), employee benefit firms and larger wealth management / financial planning firms, investment managers and platforms but we are always keen to discuss our services with different types of opportunity. Feel free to get in touch via the Contact Us enquiry page and we will discuss your needs and how our proposition could help you.
What is the structure behind Sentinel?
A small Executive team work daily with two strategic partner firms (with over 100 staff) to deliver our core solutions. We are further supported by private and corporate investors drawn from fin-tech companies, private client services, private equity, asset finance and IT.
What does it cost?
Our pricing model is based on a joint success principle (focused on asset and client acquisition) which brings close alignment and a true partnership approach. Our proposition addresses the 80% of clients (in the past funded by the core 20% of clients) which can now be turned into a profitable and significant area of business in their own right. For every engagement we aim to fully understand our clients' requirements and business drivers, typically through a workshop approach. We then define a commercial model that works for both parties.
How secure are your services?
As with many digital technology based business, the security of client data is critical. We use the latest standards around data security protocols, disaster recovery and business continuity. We provide a full due diligence pack including data and security policies as part of our implementation with clients.
What makes you different?
The Sentinel proposition is unique in the way it can provide a complete end-to-end solution acting as an effective outsourced business partner. Alternatively, we can deliver specialist components that can plug into existing infrastructure such as wrap platforms, investment solutions or back office.
I use third party technologies in my business, including a back office/CRM system, what's the difference?
Our proposition is complementary to existing systems and is not aimed at replacing technologies, investment platforms or investment solutions that are being used by a firm.
We are not a back office system or a pure technology solution. We are about building a digital sales and distribution capability for our clients that is focused on client acquisition and retention.
Do you work with investment and wrap platforms?
Yes, we have developed our core proposition to work alongside many of the leading investment and wrap platforms. Our solution is complementary to most platforms that a firm will already be using.
